摘要
近年来,我国劳动收入份额不断下降,这说明我国大量劳动者的收入增长速度并没有同我国较高的经济增长速度保持一致,这不仅不利于我国形成内外双循环的经济发展模式,也不利于我国在经济发展取得一定成就后的共同富裕美好愿景的实现。金融的深化发展、均衡化发展、数字化发展、普惠化发展和绿色化发展能够促进劳动收入份额的提升。其内在机制是通过人力资本提升、收入分配改善、产业结构优化三个层面增加劳动者报酬、增加就业岗位、减少资本收益占比。当前,我国金融发展存在融资渠道不丰富、发展水平不充分、世界环境不友好、要素配置不均衡和结构性改革不完善等问题,这直接制约了我国劳动收入份额的提升。提高劳动收入份额要增加融资渠道、建立成熟的金融资本市场、加强金融监管、完善金融资源配置和持续深化金融供给侧结构性改革。
In recent years,China′s labor income share has been declining,which shows that the income growth rate of a large number of workers in China is not consistent with China′s higher economic growth rate,which is not only not conducive to the formation of a domestic and foreign dual cycle economic development model,but also not conducive to the realization of the bright vision of common prosperity after China has made certain achievements in economic development.The deepening development,balanced development,digital development,inclusive development and green development of finance can promote the increase of labor income share.Its internal mechanism is to raise workers′remuneration,increase employment and reduce the proportion of capital gains through the promotion of human capital,the improvement of income distribution and the optimization of industrial structure.At present,there are many problems in China′s financial development,such as insufficient financing channels,insufficient development,unfriendly world environment,unbalanced factor allocation and imperfect structural reform,which directly restrict the increase of China′s labor income share.To increase the share of labor income,we should increase financing channels,establish a mature financial capital market,strengthen financial supervision,improve the allocation of financial resources,and continue to deepen the structural reform of the financial supply side.
