珍珠岩栽培中营养液磷浓度对韭菜生长发育的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Nutrient Solution Phosphorus Concentration on Growth and Development of Allium tuberosum Rottl.ex Spr.in Perlite Cultivation

摘要 为研究营养液磷浓度对珍珠岩栽培韭菜产量与品质的影响,并为水培韭菜营养液配方的研发提供依据,以韭菜品种‘棚宝’2年生植株为试材,分别采用磷浓度为0.5,1,1.5,2,2.5,3,3.5 mmol·L^(-1)的营养液为韭菜生长提供营养与水分,观测韭菜的生长发育情况,通过方差分析、相对生产力分析及主成分分析方式确定营养液的最优磷浓度。结果表明:总产量以磷浓度2 mmol·L^(-1)时最高,为62348 kg·hm^(-2),但是其他测定指标最佳值出现在其他不同处理中;磷肥利用率随着营养液磷浓度的提高而下降;营养液磷浓度为1~3.5 mmol·L^(-1)时,各处理的硝酸盐含量均低于1500 mg·kg^(-1);以主成分分析判断营养液中磷最佳浓度为3 mmol·L^(-1)。综合考虑韭菜生长、磷肥利用率及环境安全等问题,在实际生产应用中,以选用2 mmol·L^(-1)磷浓度营养液为宜。 In order to study the effect of nutrient solution phosphorus concentration on the yield and quality of Chinese leeks cultivated in perlite,and to provide basis for the development of hydroponic formula of Chinese leeks nutrient solution,the biennial plants of'Pengbao'of Chinese leek varieties were used as test materials.The nutrient solutions with phosphorus concentrations of 0.5 mmol·L^(-1),1 mmol·L^(-1),1.5 mmol·L^(-1),2 mmol·L^(-1),2.5 mmol·L^(-1),3 mmol·L^(-1) and 3.5 mmol·L^(-1) were used to provide nutrient and water for the growth of leeks,and the growth and development of leeks were observed.The optimal phosphorus concentration of nutrient solution was determined by variance analysis,relative productivity analysis and principal component analysis.The results showed that the total yield was the highest when the phosphorus concentration was 2 mmol·L^(-1)(62348 kg·ha^(-1)),but other indexes'the best values appeared in other treatments.The utilization rate of phosphorus fertilizer decreased with the increase of phosphorus concentration in the nutrient solution.The nitrate content of each treatment was lower than 1500 mg·kg^(-1) when the phosphorus concentration of the nutrient solution was 1-3.5 mmol·L^(-1).The optimal concentration of phosphorus in nutrient solution was determined to be 3 mmol·L^(-1) by principal component analysis.Considering the growth of leek,the utilization rate of phosphrus fertilizer and environmental safety,the 2 mmol·L^(-1) phosphorus concentration nutrient solution is suitable for practical and application.
