摘要
在船坞改造工程中,为有效提高坞墙锚拉结构施工速度,避免或减少船坞接长施工对原船坞的影响,满足原船坞连续生产需要,改进了锚碇板桩桩顶结构,将锚入锚碇墙的主筋直接外露,免除桩顶混凝土凿除工序,缩短了施工周期;制作了适应锚碇板桩桩顶主筋外露的沉桩桩帽,并采取有效措施保证了桩顶完整性;使用了一种锚拉杆中间张拉连接装置,优化了施工工序,增加了施工作业面,提高了施工组织效率。为船坞坞墙锚碇体系相关施提供一定的参考。
In the reconstruction of a dock,in order to effectively shorten the construction period for the anchor structure of dock wall,to avoid or reduce the dock lengthening impact on the existing structure,and to support uninterrupted production,the top structure of the anchor sheet pile was improved by exposing main rebars in anchor wall to air,which made concrete chiseling process unnecessary.In addition,the pile cap that adapt to the exposed main rebars on the top of sinking piles was fabricated,and efficient measures were used to ensure an integrated structure.Finally,an connection device against the tension between two anchor rods was used to optimize the construction process,enlarge the construction zone and improve the construction maneuvering efficiency.The research will provide a reference for the construction of dock wall anchorage system.
