摘要 在不动产登记过程中,房产测绘数据是其中一项重要的基础测绘数据。如何快速有效地获取房产测绘数据,提高不动产登记的效率,是新型基础测绘体系建设下不动产测绘数据生产单位面临的挑战。传统的房产测绘外业数据采集是采用激光测距仪进行逐房间逐空间量测,这种测绘方法精度较高,但工作量大、效率低。本文介绍了一种基于移动手持式三维激光扫描仪的不动产测绘外业数据采集和数据处理方法,该系统可快速地获取高精度的三维点云数据,经过对三维点云数据的配准、去噪、抽稀、切片等处理获取二维平面点云,结合随机抽样一致算法(RANSAC)拟合墙体轮廓,通过尺寸对比验证其精度。试验结果表明,移动手持式三维激光扫描仪在建筑工程不动产测绘中具有广阔的应用前景。 In the real estate registration process,real estate mapping data is one of the important basic mapping data.How to quickly and effectively obtain real estate surveying and mapping data,improve the efficiency of real estate registration is the challenge of the real estate surveying and mapping data production units under the construction of the new basic surveying and mapping system.The traditional real estate surveying and mapping field data collection is to use laser rangefinder for room-by-room measurement.This surveying and mapping method has high precision,but the workload is large and the efficiency is low.In this paper,a method of real estate surveying and mapping field data acquisition and data processing was introduced based on mobile handheld three-dimensional(3D)Laser scanner.The system could quickly obtain high-precision 3D point cloud data.After registration and de-noising,the 3D point cloud data could be extracted and the 2D plane point cloud could be obtained by slice and other processing with the wall contour was fitted with RANSAC algorithm.The accuracy was verified by size comparison and the experimental results showed that the mobile handheld 3D Laser scanner had a broad application prospect in the mapping of real estate in construction engineering.
