摘要
“以赛促创”的创新创业人才培养是当前高校教育改革的一个重要方向,也是实现创新型、技能型高素质人才培养的有效途径。“以赛促创”有利于转变教学模式,提高人才培养质量;激发学生学习兴趣,促进“双创”人才成长;提高教师创新能力,助力“双创”人才发展;推动课堂教学改革,增强人才竞争力。“以赛促创”的创新创业人才培养改革应完善“双创”育人机制,营造“双创”文化氛围;改革课堂教学,创新“双创”教学模式;依托学科竞赛,培养学生“双创”思维;丰富实践形式,提高学生“双创”能力;加强队伍建设,打造“双创”师资队伍,以学科竞赛为载体,提升高校创新创业人才培养质量。
The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of “promoting innovation through competition” is not only an important direction of the current educational reform of universities,but also an effective way to realize the cultivation of innovative and skilled high-quality talents.“Promoting innovation through competition” is conducive to changing the teaching mode to improve the quality of talent training,stimulating students’ interest in learning to promote the growth of “innovative and entrepreneurial” talents,improving teachers’ innovation ability to help the development of “entrepreneurship and innovation” talents,and promoting classroom teaching reform to enhance talent competitiveness. To reform the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of “promoting innovation through competition” we should improve the “innovative and entrepreneurial” education mechanism to create an “innovative and entrepreneurial” cultural atmosphere,reform classroom teaching to innovate the teaching mode of “entrepreneurship and innovation”,cultivate students’ thinking of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” by relying on discipline competition, enrich practical forms to improve students’ ability of“entrepreneurship and innovation”,strengthen team building to develop a “innovative and entrepreneurial” teaching staff, and take discipline competition as the carrier to improve the cultivation quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities.
