摘要
该文报道1例50岁女性铁超载综合征患者,主要表现为糖尿病、闭经、全身皮肤色素沉着、骨质疏松等内分泌器官损害。肝、胰腺、垂体、脑室等多处组织铁沉积,肝脏CT和MRI分别表现为“白肝”和“黑肝”。颅脑MR磁敏感成像检查提示脑室内脉络丛区域弥漫性顺磁性物质沉积。糖尿病合并色素沉着的患者需警惕铁超载综合征,完善铁代谢指标以免漏诊。
