摘要
基于我国30个省(区、市)2010—2019年面板数据,以区位熵测算高技术产业集聚水平,运用DEA-Malmquist指数测算高技术产业全要素生产率,通过构建空间杜宾模型检验产业集聚对高技术产业全要素生产率的空间溢出效应。研究表明:在空间邻接权重矩阵下,我国高技术产业全要素生产率总体有所提升,主要得益于技术效率的提升,但也存在明显的地区和省份差异;在选取对外开放程度、人均GDP、基础设施、政府科技投入作为控制变量的条件下,产业集聚对高技术产业全要素生产率的空间溢出效应显著,且区域间的正向溢出效应大于区域内的直接效应。
Based on the panel data of 30provinces,autonomous regions and cities in China from 2010-2019,the level of concentration of high-tech industries was measured by locational entropy,the DEA Malmquist index was applied to measure the total factor productivity of high-tech industries,and the spatial spillover effect of industrial concentration on the total factor productivity of high-tech industries was examined by constructing a spatial Durbin model.It has been shown by the study shows that:under the spatial neighborhood weight matrix,the total factor productivity of China’s high-tech industries has generally increased thanks to the increase in technical efficiency and there are obvious regional and provincial differences;and,under the conditions in which the degree of openness to the outside world,GDP per capita,infrastructure and government expenditure on science and technology,have been controlled,the spatial spillover effect of industrial agglomeration on the total factor productivity of high-tech industries is significant,and the positive spillover effect between regions is greater than the direct effect within regions.
