摘要
文章基于2018年全国流动人口卫生计生动态监测数据,运用多层线性模型分析了社区和个体两个层面的健康资源对于流动老人居留意愿的影响,并探讨社区因素对个体因素的“跨层”效应,研究发现,首先社区健康资源供给和个体健康资源利用不同的流动老人,居留意愿和居留时间表现出差异性;其次个体健康资源利用和社区健康资源的供给越多的流动老人,居留意愿越强烈,意愿居留时间越久;最后社区因素不仅直接影响老年流动人口的居留意愿,还通过跨层效应,间接地调整流动老人个体层面的健康资源利用。基于此,需要积极构建健康化社区,提高流动老人健康资源的利用率,进一步推动流动老人的社会融入。
This article is based on the data of national dynamic survey of health and family planning of migrant population in 2018, using the multi-layer linear model analysis on the level of community and individual two flow for the old residence will affect health resources, and to explore the community of individual factors of “cross layer” effect, firstly the study found that community health resources supply and the flow of individual health resources use different old man, there are differences between residence intention and residence schedule;Secondly, the floating elderly who have more use of individual health resources and more supply of community health resources have stronger residence intention and longer residence time;Finally, community factors not only directly affect the residence intention of the elderly floating population, but also indirectly adjust the health resource utilization of the floating elderly at the individual level through the cross-layer effect. Based on this, it is necessary to actively build a healthy community, improve the utilization rate of health resources for the floating elderly, and further promote the social integration of the floating elderly.
