新形势下贵州省喀斯特山区农业用水量统计分析 被引量:1

摘要 农业用水量统计数据的真实性和合理性对用水总量统计和水资源管理考核工作至关重要。贵州省喀斯特山区地形地貌复杂,耕地面积狭小且不集中,种养殖业分散且规模化发展严重不足,农业用水量统计难度大。在国家最新用水量统计制度及方案指导下,贵州省农业用水量统计过程更加精细和全面,但仍存在统计部门口径差异、人为误差、典型样点代表性不足等诸多问题。文章结合贵州省农业用水特点及国家用水统计制度,探究提高贵州省山区农业灌溉用水量统计数据质量的对策建议,为贵州省喀斯特山区因地制宜制定地方用水统计方案提供参考。 The authenticity and rationality of agricultural water consumption statistics is crucial to the total water consumption statistics and water resources management assessment.The topography and landform of the Guizhou Province are complex.Its cultivated land area is small and scattered.The breeding industry is also scattered with insufficient large-scale development.Therefore,the statistics of agricultural water consumption is difficult.Under the guidance of the latest national water consumption statistical system and plan,the statistical process of agricultural water consumption in Guizhou Province is becoming more refined and comprehensive.However,there are still many problems in this regard such as differences of statistical standards among different departments,human errors,and lack of representativeness of typical sample points.Based on the characteristics of agricultural water use in Guizhou Province and the national water use statistical system,this paper explores the countermeasures to improve the statistical data quality of agricultural irrigation water use in mountainous areas of Guizhou Province,so as to provide reference for formulating water use statistical schemes according to local conditions in karst mountainous areas of Guizhou Province.
