摘要
外取热器循环水泵是催化装置的重要设备,该设备输送介质温度高,压力高,机械密封失效会带来极大安全风险,原机械密封在设备运行初期可以满足长期使用,但经过10余年的运行后,密封产生泄漏,为了匹配现有设备工况,对机械密封进行改造,通过对密封结构的升级和泵送环的改进使机械密封可以在现有设备上稳定运行。避免了设备更新带来的经济损失,对类似产品的改造提供了借鉴意义。
The circulating water pump of the external heat collector is an important equipment of the catalytic device.The transmission medium temperature and pressure of the equipment are high,and the failure of the mechanical seal will bring great safety risks.The original mechanical seal can be used for a long time in the early stage of equipment operation,but after more than 10 years of operation,the seal produces leakage.In order to match the working conditions of the existing equipment,the mechanical seal is modified,By upgrading the sealing structure and improving the pumping ring,the mechanical seal can operate stably on the existing equipment.It avoids the economic loss caused by equipment renewal,and provides a reference for the transformation of similar products.
