摘要
目的:探究标准化心脏康复护理干预对心力衰竭患者生活质量和心储备功能存在的影响。方法:80例入组患者(2019年9月至2020年9月收治)根据不同康复护理干预模式分为对照组(40例,常规康复护理干预)与观察组(40例,标准化心脏康复护理),统计分析2组生活质量与心储备功能。结果:康复护理干预后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),6min步行距离、左室射血分数、左心室收缩末期内径、一秒率等心储备功能指标水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心力衰竭患者康复护理中,标准化心脏康复护理措施的科学运用对患者生活质量、心储备功能改善存在积极影响,利于患者健康恢复。
Objective:To explore the influence of standardized cardiac rehabilitation nursing intervention on the quality of life and the existence of cardiac reserve function in patients with heart failure.Methods:80 enrolled patients(admitted from September 2019 to September 2020) were divided into control group(40 cases,routine rehabilitation nursing intervention) and observation group(40 cases,standardized cardiac rehabilitation nursing) according to different rehabilitation nursing intervention modes.The quality of life and cardiac reserve function of the two groups were analyzed statistically.Results:After rehabilitation nursing intervention,the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the indexes of cardiac reserve function,such as 6 min walking distance,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-systolic diameter and rate of one second,were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the rehabilitation nursing of patients with heart failure,the scientific application of standardized cardiac rehabilitation nursing measure s has a positive impact on the improvement of patients’ quality of life and cardiac reserve function,which is conducive to the health recovery of patients.
