摘要
条内烟包变形属于A类严重质量缺陷,丧失产品功能,市场反馈投诉率较高,直接影响卷烟工厂是否能完成红云红河集团KPI关键绩效指标考评,本文通过三种传感器:涡电流位移计、彩色激光同轴位移探头、电感式接近接近开关与PLC进行配合,对条内的烟包表面或者铝箔纸进行高度变化识别,并可以借助PLC移位程序与包装机剔除程序配合,或者重新在烟条输出装置设计剔除装置,对条内有变形的烟包进行剔除,避免突发、偶发缺陷烟包流入成品库,维护企业品牌形象。
The cigarette pack deformation in the strip belongs to class a serious quality defect,loses product function and has a high rate of market feedback complaints,which directly affects whether the cigarette factory can complete the KPI key performance index evaluation of Hongyun Honghe Group.This paper cooperates with PLC through three sensors:eddy current displacement meter,color laser coaxial displacement probe and inductive proximity switch,Identify the height change of the cigarette packet surface or aluminum foil paper in the strip,and cooperate with the removal program of the packaging machine with the help of PLC shift program,or re design the removal device in the cigarette output device to remove the deformed cigarette packets in the strip,so as to avoid sudden and accidental defective cigarette packets from flowing into the finished product warehouse and maintain the corporate brand image.
