摘要
介绍了作者在数控加工工程训练中的改革与实践。通过模块化教学开展艺工相结合的数控加工项目,以此来培养学生的创新意识、工程综合能力以及学习的主动性。实践结果表明:该数控加工工程训练改革项目改革提高了学生的学习主动性、培养了学生的实践动手能力与协作创新能力,教学效果良好,同时也为工程训练中其他实训项目的改革提供了参考。
Absrtact:The article introduced our reform and practice in the engineering training of CNC(computer numerical control)processing.A bullet model by typical numerical control turning processing was taken as an example.Students’interest in study on NC machining was aroused,are their learning initiative was stimulated.Modular teaching was carried out to combine art with NC machining program,in order to cultivate students’innovation consciousness,engineering comprehensive ability and learning initiative.Practice shows that the NC machining program reform improves the students’learning initiative and cultivate the students’practical ability and collaborative innovation ability.The teaching effect is good,and it also gives reference for reform of other training projects.
