摘要
通过对解析塔不同灵敏板温度下的组成、脱轻塔不同条件下工艺参数、萃取塔不同回流量和腈烃比进行对比分析,以优化工艺参数。同时对装置机泵、设备等进行改造,降低装置水、电、汽能耗。实际运行结果表明,产品丁二烯的收率提高,操作弹性增强,丁二烯由原来的合格品提升到优级品。全年可节约用水、用电和用汽分别为16.85 kt、739.30 MW和16.32 kt,节约费用242.01万元。
The process parameters were optimized by comparing and analyzing the composition of the analytical column at different sensitive plate temperatures,the process parameters of the delighting column under different conditions,the different reflux flow rate of the extraction column and the ratio of nitrile to hydrocarbon.At the same time,the pump and equipment of the device are reformed to reduce the energy consumption of water,electricity and steam.The actual operation results showed that the yield of butadiene was increased and the operation elasticity was enhanced,and the butadiene was upgraded from the original qualified product to the superior product.The annual water consumption,electricity consumption and steam consumption are 16.85 kt,739.30 MW and 16.32 kt,respectively,and the cost is 24.201 million yuan.
