摘要
目的以扬中市农村上消化道癌早诊早治项目为例,从患者感知视角分析筛查人群对上消化道癌筛查的满意度.方法选取扬中市上消化道癌早诊早治(农村)项目点2020-08-19-2021-01-22参与上消化道癌筛查的高危人群为研究对象,使用改编的患者满意度问卷简易版(PSQ-18)量表对筛查满意度进行评估.应用单因素、多因素分析影响筛查总体满意度的因素.结果共回收问卷443份,有效问卷443份,有效率为100%.筛查总体满意率为93.68%,满意度得分为(4.40±0.30)分.一般满意度、技术服务质量、医生人际交流能力、医患沟通能力、服务经济性、服务时效性和服务可及性与便利性维度的满意率分别为99.55%、90.07%、96.16%、99.10%、98.65%、95.94%和69.07%,满意度得分分别为(4.44±0.47)、(4.36±0.47)、(4.44±0.61)、(4.68±0.42)、(4.92±0.44)、(4.35±0.68)和(4.03±0.57)分.多元线性回归模型结果显示,筛查对象的年龄为50~<60岁(β=-0.196,P=0.001)和身体质量指数(BMI)为肥胖(β=0.127,P=0.009)是筛查总体满意度的独立影响因素,其他社会人口学和健康相关特征对总体满意度无明显影响,均P>0.05.结论尽管筛查对象对筛查总体满意度较高,但个别维度存在不足.应针对不足采取恰当措施,补齐筛查服务质量短板.与此同时,应重视筛查总体满意度的预测因素,以提升干预成效.
Objective Taking the project of early diagnosis and early treatment of upper gastrointestinal cancer in rural areas of Yangzhong City as an example, to analyze the satisfaction evaluation of screening population for upper gastrointestinal cancer screening from the perspective of patient perception.Methods The high-risk groups who participated in the screening of upper gastrointestinal cancer in Yangzhong City’s upper gastrointestinal cancer early diagnosis and treatment(rural) project site on 2020-08-19-2021-01-22 were selected as the research objects, and the Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire Short Form(PSQ-18) was used to assess screening satisfaction.Univariate and multivariate analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of overall screening satisfaction.Results A total of 443 questionnaires were recovered,of which 443were valid,with an effective rate of 100%.The overall screening satisfaction rate was 93.68%,and the satisfaction score was 4.40±0.30.The satisfaction rates of general satisfaction,technical service quality,doctor’s interpersonal communication ability,doctor-patient communication ability,service economy,service timeliness,and service accessibility and convenience were 99.55%,90.07%,96.16%,99.10%,98.65%,95.94% and 69.07%,respectively.The satisfaction scores were(4.44±0.47),(4.36±0.47),(4.44±0.61),(4.68±0.42),(4.92±0.44),(4.35±0.68)and(4.03±0.57)points.The results of the multiple linear regression model showed that the age of the screening subjects was 50-<60years old(β=-0.196,P=0.001)and the body mass index(BMI)was obese(β=0.127,P=0.009)were independent influencing factors on the overall satisfaction of screening factors,other sociodemographic and health-related characteristics had no significant effect on overall satisfaction(all P>0.05).Conclusions Although the overall satisfaction of screening subjects is high,there are deficiencies in individual dimensions.Appropriate measures should be taken to address the deficiencies to make up for the shortcomings in the quality of screening services.At the same time,attention should be paid to screening predictors of overall satisfaction to improve intervention effectiveness.
