摘要
针对坡屋面挂瓦条定位安装出现的排列不顺直、搭接不均匀、凹凸不平等现象,研制一种结构简单、安全快捷、周转使用的坡屋面挂瓦条可调式安装工具来解决挂瓦条安装出现的问题。经过现场实践应用,该工具能够准确地对挂瓦条进行定位,减少弹线、挂线等施工工序,节约工作时间,提高工人施工效率,使工程质量得到有效保证。
This work focuses on the irregular arrangement,uneven lapping and uneven concave convex phenomena in the positioning and installation of hanging tile strips on sloping roof.An adjustable installation tool for hangingtile strips on sloping roof with simple structure,safety,speed and turnover is developed to solve the problems in the installation of hangingtile strips.After field practice,the tool can accurately position the hanging tile strips,reduce the construction processes such as snapping and hanging wires,save working time,improve the construction efficiency of workers,and effectively ensure the project quality.
