摘要
目的研究白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板-淋巴细胞比值(PLR)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的评估价值。方法选取25例COPD患者作为观察组,另选取25例健康体检者作为对照组。两组均进行肺功能及血常规检测。比较两组肺功能指标[用力肺活量占预计值百分比(FVC%pred)和第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%pred)]、WBC计数、NLR、PLR水平。结果观察组WBC计数(8.72±3.41)×10^(9)/L、NLR(3.50±1.51)、PLR(124.00±61.06)均高于对照组的(5.31±1.26)×10^(9)/L、(1.24±0.42)、(81.17±24.47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组FVC%pred及FEV1%pred均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论WBC、NLR、PLR可以评估COPD患者的病情进展,其方法简单、低廉,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To study the evaluation value of white blood cells(WBC),neutrophillymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 25 COPD patients were selected as the observation group,and another 25 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Pulmonary function and blood routine tests were performed in both groups.The pulmonary function indicators[forced vital capacity as a percentage of the predicted value(FVC%pred)and forced expiratory volume in the 1st second as a percentage of the predicted value(FEV1%pred)],WBC count,NLR,and PLR levels were compared between the two groups.Results The WBC count(8.72±3.41)×10^(9)/L,NLR(3.50±1.51),and PLR(124.00±61.06)in the observation group were higher than(5.31±1.26)×10^(9)/L,(1.24±0.42),and(81.17±24.47)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FVC%pred and FEV1%pred of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion WBC,NLR and PLR can be used to evaluate the progress of COPD patients,and and the method is simple,inexpensive,and is worthy of wide application.
