某项目屋面钢连廊拖座节点(钢梁下挂牛腿)的加工制作、安装精度决定了后续钢连廊安装的准确性.文章介绍了一种钢梁下挂牛腿加工制作和安装综合技术,主要包括牛腿的零部件加工、焊接要求、工艺流程以及现场安装.通过制定严格的工艺流程保证了牛腿加工制作精度,通过优化现场吊装吊点及连接吊绳的设置保证了钢梁下挂牛腿构件的安装质量,可为类似钢梁下挂牛腿的加工制作及安装提供技术参考.
The processing manufacture and installation accuracy of the roof steel corridor corbel(bracket under the steel beam)of a project determines the accuracy of the steel corridor installation.This article introduces a comprehensive technology for the processing manufacture and installation of bracket under the steel beam,which mainly includes parts processing,welding requirements,process flow and site installation of the bracket.The processing manufacture accuracy of brackets is ensured by the formulation of strict process flow,and the installation quality of the bracket under the steel beam is ensured by optimizing the setting of the hoisting points and connecting ropes on site.It can provide technical reference for the processing,manufacture and installation of bracket under similar steel beams.
