摘要
随着城市建设和交通道路的不断发展,城市化进程不断加快,但城市排涝设施未能同步建设,城市在遭遇特大暴雨时,往往会因为城市排涝能力不足而经常出现“城市看海”现象。以广州“5.22”特大暴雨为工程背景,以黄浦区华埔社区水患整治工程为例,对城市汇水区域进行区域划分并进行现状分析,提出通过新建和改建调蓄湖并设置截洪渠和节制闸等水利措施减少市政管网的排水压力,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
with the continuous development of urban construction and traffic roads,the process of urbanization is accelerating,but the urban drainage facilities are not constructed at the same time.In case of severe rainstorm,the phenomenon of“city looking at the sea”often occurs because of the lack of urban drainage capacity.Taking the“5.22”Torrential Rain in Guangzhou as the engineering background and taking the flood control project of Huapu community in Huangpu District as an example,this paper divides the urban catchment area and analyzes the current situation.It is proposed to reduce the drainage pressure of the municipal pipe network by building and rebuilding the regulation and storage Lake and setting flood intercepting canal and sluice,which can provide reference for other rainy areas such as Guangzhou.
