摘要
吊车荷载、风荷载等动荷载易引起网架结构振动,在网架节点处产生复杂的应力状态,从而导致网架节点的疲劳破坏,进而导致网架整体破坏。本研究针对焊接空心球节点网架结构的疲劳,对当前的研究方法概况进行分析,并探讨焊接空心球网架结构疲劳寿命的研究方法。对焊接空心球网架疲劳问题的研究表明,恰当的疲劳寿命评估方法对网架进行疲劳寿命的评估结果是可信的。
Dynamic loads such as crane load and wind load cause the vibration of space truss structure and produce complex stress state at the space truss joints,which leads to the fatigue failure of space truss joints and then the overall failure.In this study,aiming at the fatigue of welded hollow sphere grid struc⁃ture,the current research methods are analyzed,and the research methods of fatigue life of welded hol⁃low sphere grid structure are discussed.The research on the fatigue problem of welded hollow sphere space truss shows that the appropriate fatigue life evaluation method is reliable for the fatigue life evalua⁃tion of space truss.
