摘要
为明确绿色公路的概念内涵和建设理念,加快推进交通强国建设,本文梳理了绿色公路在国内外的发展历程,结合当前我国“碳达峰、碳中和”发展战略和绿色交通发展的总体要求,在可持续发展观、系统论和全生命周期成本理念的指导下,通过转变公路规划设计理念,转变公路建造、管理模式,发展绿色养护运营,完善绿色公路管理机制,探讨了实现绿色公路建设的理念、方式和途径。
In order to clarify the concept and construction ideas of green highway and accelerate the construction of transportation power,this paper combed the development process of green highway at home and abroad.Combined with the current national development strategy of“emission peak,carbon neutrality”and the general demand of green transportation development,and under the guidance of sustainable development,system theory and the life cycle cost,this paper discussed the concepts,ways and approaches to implement green highway construction by changing the highway design and planning ideas,construction mode and service concept,developing green highway maintenance and operation,and improving green highway management mechanism.
