摘要
目的探究综合性康复治疗脑性瘫痪合并癫痫患儿的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2022年1月榆林高新医院收治的294例脑性瘫痪合并癫痫患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=147)、观察组(n=147),分别接受常规治疗、常规治疗+综合性康复治疗,比较两组治疗效果、发育情况(Gesell发育量表)。结果观察组总治疗有效率高于对照组(95.92%vs.89.12%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组Gesell发育量表中各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组Gesell发育量表评分均高于治疗前,且观察组Gesell发育量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑性瘫痪合并癫痫患儿实施综合性康复治疗,可提升治疗效果,促进患儿发育。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of com prehensive rehabilitation therapy on children with cerebral palsy complicated with epilepsy.Methods A total of 294 children with cerebral palsy complicated with epilepsy from January 2017 to January 2022 in Yulin Gaoxin Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=147)and observation group(n=147)by random number table method.They received routine treatment and routine treatment+comprehensive rehabilitation treatment respectively.The therapeutic effects and development(Gesell development scale)of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(95.92%vs.89.12%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of the Gesell development scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Gesell development scale scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the Gesell development scale scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for children with cerebral palsy combined with epilepsy can improve the trea tment effect and promote the development of children.
