摘要
随着新冠疫情防控的常态化,我国大型体育赛事的筹办和交付工作受到很大影响,部分场馆项目建设暂停。面对赛事延期,赛事举办方需要科学复工、有序筹办,进一步转变办赛思路。运用文献资料法、举例分析法等研究方法,分析了我国大型综合性体育赛事的筹办现状,以疫情防控为背景,探究国内外大型体育赛事受到的影响,以东京奥运会延期为案例,分析其延期的背景和应对措施,坚持以人民为中心,满足人们的体育需求,把赛事高质量发展作为风向标,提出优化我国大型体育赛事筹办评估体系的策略,为我国大型综合性体育赛事举办方提供参考和建议。
With the normalization of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control,the preparation and delivery of large-scale sports events in China have been greatly affected,and the construction of some venues and projects has to be suspended.In the face of the postponement of the events,the organizers of the events need to resume their work scientifically,organize in an orderly manner and further change their thinking of running the events.By using the methods of literature review and example analysis,this paper analyzes the present situation of the preparation of large-scale comprehensive sports events in China,explores the influence of large-scale sports events at home and abroad against the background of epidemic prevention and control,takes the postponement of Tokyo Olympic Games as a case,analyzes its postponement background and countermeasures,adheres to the people-centered,meets people’s sports needs,takes the high-quality development of events as the vane,and puts forward strategies to optimize the preparation and evaluation system of large-scale comprehensive sports events in China,providing reference and suggestions for the organizers of large-scale comprehensive sports events in China.
