摘要
目的 探讨“前移后延”集束化管理模式在妇科日间手术中的应用效果。方法 将2021年9月—12月在我院妇科诊疗中心实施“前移后延”集束化管理的日间手术患者200例作为观察组,在专科病房实施常规协同管理的妇科日间手术患者200例作为对照组,比较两组临床效果。结果 干预前两组患者汉密顿焦虑量表(hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评分无差异(p>0.05);干预后,两组HAMA评分均降低且观察组HAMA评分低于对照组(p<0.05)。观察组的手术取消或延迟数、术后7天意外伤害发生情况明显低于对照组,同时观察组的用药依从性与满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 “前移后延”集束化管理在妇科日间手术患者中的应用,可以有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪,提高医疗安全质量与患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of the "advance and delay" cluster management mode in gynecological day surgery. Methods From September to December 2021, 200 patients undergoing day surgery in the gynecological diagnosis and treatment center of our hospital who were under the cluster management of "advance and delay" were selected as the observation group, and 200 patients with day surgery in the gynecology department who were under routine collaborative management in the specialized ward were selected as the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no difference in hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) scores between the two groups before intervention(p>0.05). After the intervention, the HAMA scores of the two groups were decreased and the HAMA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(p<0.05). The number of surgical cancellations or delays and the occurrence of accidental injuries in 7 days after surgery in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. At the same time, the medication compliance and satisfaction scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05). Conclusion The application of "advance and delay" cluster management in gynecological day surgery patients can effectively relieve patients’ anxiety and improve the quality of medical safety and patient satisfaction.
