摘要
目的:探究蒙特梭利法下的多模式干预对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)伴轻度认知障碍患者的认知功能及生活质量影响。方法:选取COPD伴轻度认知障碍老年患者120例,按照数字表法随机分为两组,即观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),对照组的干预方案为常规日常生活能力训练,观察组的干预方案则为蒙特梭利法下的多模式干预训练。针对两组患者干预前后患者的简易精神状态评分(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评分、日常生活活动能力以及生活质量评分来评定蒙特梭利法下的多模式干预对老年COPD患者伴轻度认知障碍改善效果。结果:观察组患者干预后MMSE评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组蒙特利尔认知功能评分、日常生活活动能力、生活质量评分总分分数更高(P均<0.05)。结论:蒙特梭利法下的多模式干预对老年COPD轻度认知障碍患者改善效果显著,能提高患者简易精神状态评分,提高认知功能及日常生活活动能力,更有利于患者回归社会、回归家庭。
Objective:To explore the effect of multimodal intervention under Montessori method on congnition and life quality in senile Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)with mild cognitive impairment.Method:120 elderly patients with COPD and mild cognitive impairment treated were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table method,namely,the observation group(n=60)and the control group(n=60).The intervention scheme of the control group was routine daily living ability training,and the intervention scheme of the observation group was multimodal intervention training under Montessori method.The improvement effect of multimodal intervention under Montessori method on elderly COPD patients with mild cognitive impairment was evaluated according to the Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE)score,Montreal Cognitive Assessment score,activities of daily living and quality of life score of the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the MMSE score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the ontrol group,the scores of Montreal cognitive function activities of daily living and total score of quality of life were relatively higher in the observation group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The multimodal intervention under Montessori method has a significant effect on the improvement of senile COPD mild cognitive impairment.It can improve the MMSE score,cognitive function and activities of daily living,and is more conducive to the return of patients to society and family.
