摘要
目的:总结某测量船官兵远海调测期间发生疾病的特点和规律,为更好地执行此类医疗保障任务提供借鉴。方法:回顾某测量船157名官兵2018年3月31日至9月4日执行远海调测任务期间的门诊伤病记录,统计航行时段的病例数据与气象数据,分析发病特点及各系统疾病发病率与温度、湿度、风力、浪高的关系。结果:共436例次伤病员进入统计,发病率前五位由高到低依次为呼吸系统疾病、皮肤病、运动系统伤病、皮肤和软组织损伤、消化系统疾病,占发病总例次的73.9%;其中上呼吸道感染、皮肤和软组织损伤、腰背颈肩痛、过敏性皮炎、癣的构成比分别为19.6%,12.2%,8.9%,5.5%,5.5%。结论:呼吸系统疾病发病率与平均浪高、平均湿度、平均风速呈负相关;皮肤病发病率与平均气温呈正相关、与平均浪高呈负相关;运动系统伤病发病率与平均浪高、平均气温呈负相关,与平均风速呈正相关;皮肤和软组织损伤发病率与平均风速呈正相关;消化系统疾病发病率与平均浪高、平均湿度呈正相关。
Objective To summarize the distribution and incidences of common diseases among the crew members of a survey ship during an ocean-going mission,so as to provide reference for better medical support for such missions.Methods This paper reviewed the outpatient records of 157 officers and sailors of a survey ship,their case data,and the meteorological data during an ocean-going mission from March 31,2018 to September 4,2018,and analyzed the etiological characteristics and the correlations between the incidence of each body system disease and the temperature,humidity,wind force,and wave height.Results A total of 436 cases were included.The top five diseases,ranked by incidence,were respiratory system diseases,skin diseases,motor system injuries,skin and soft tissue injuries,and digestive system diseases,accounting for 73.9%of the total cases,among which,upper respiratory tract infection,skin and soft tissue injuries,pains in the back,neck,and shoulder,allergic dermatitis,and tinea accounted for 19.6%,12.2%,8.9%,5.5%,and 5.5%,respectively.Conclusions The incidence of respiratory diseases is negatively correlated with the mean wave height,mean humidity,and mean wind speed.The incidence of skin diseases is positively correlated with the average temperature and negatively correlated with the average wave height.The incidence of motor system injuries is negatively correlated with the average wave height and the average temperature,and positively correlated with the average wind speed.The incidence of skin and soft tissue injuries is positively correlated with the mean wind speed.The incidence of digestive system diseases is positively correlated with the average wave height and the average humidity.
