摘要
针对钢管制造企业信息系统集成能力低、数据流通性差等问题,应用机器人流程自动化(RPA)与现有信息系统结合,通过RPA连接生产车间层面MES系统和业务管理层面ERP系统,自动获取钢管生产过程信息、发运信息、库存信息,将获取数据信息通过FineReport平台自动调用所需数据,通过可视化大屏实时动态地展示钢管生产、发运、库存信息,实现系统间数据的自动交互,从而快速提升钢管生产指挥调度管理能力。RPA在钢管制造业中的应用效果表明,生产经营管理方面,RPA优化了以时间为中心的日常流程,提高了业务响应速度,降低了人工成本;信息化深度应用方面,RPA基于既有的用户界面操作,开发周期短,运营灵活度高,可无障碍处理不同数据源的数据。
Under the background of the rapid development of the new generation of information technology,RPA robot technology,as an important application in the field of artificial intelligence,has penetrated into all walks of life.RPA can integrate MES,ERP and other mature information systems to replace manual interaction between systems,effectively increasing the flexibility and transparency of production and operation.This paper explores the intelligent application scenarios of RPA robots in the steel pipe manufacturing industry,the purpose is to break the information island,so as to realize cross business collaboration and cross system processing,improve automation efficiency,and promote the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing enterprises with intelligent manufacturing as the starting point.
