摘要
目的:确定蒙药肋柱花中獐牙菜苦苷的最优提取工艺条件。方法:以獐牙菜苦苷作为指标性成分,采用HPLC法和正交试验来验证獐牙菜苦苷的最佳提取工艺,选取乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数4个因素,设计L9(34)正交试验,确定肋柱花中獐牙菜苦苷的最佳提取工艺。结果:肋柱花中獐牙菜苦苷的最佳提取工艺为乙醇提取浓度60%,料液比1∶10,回流提取1次,每次提取2 h。结论:优化得到的肋柱花獐牙菜苦苷提取工艺参数合理可行,质量稳定可控。
Objective To determine the optimal extraction conditions of swertiamarin from Lomatogonium rotatum(L.)Fries ex Nym.Methods swertiamarin was chosen as the examined component,HPLC and orthogonal design were used to optimize the extraction process of Lomatogonium rotatum.The L9(34)orthogonal test was designed to determine the optimal extraction process of swertiamarin from Lomatogonium rotatum by four extraction conditions ethanol concentration,ethanol volume,extraction time and extraction frequency.Results The optimal extraction conditions of swertiamarin were as follows:ethanol concentration 60%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶10,reflux extraction once for 2 hours each time.Conclusion The optimized extraction parameters of swertiamarin from Lomatogonium rotatum were reasonable and feasible,the quality was stable and controllable.
