摘要
针对预防性养护沥青路面常出现的病害现象,研发一种高黏高弹TPE薄层改性沥青。废橡胶粉、废旧热塑性塑料等材料作为高黏高弹TPE薄层改性沥青的改性剂,提高了废旧橡胶及塑料制品的回收再利用价值,其制备工艺简单、易操作。采用常规沥青基本实验和流变实验研究高黏高弹TPE薄层改性沥青基本性能。研究表明,高黏高弹TPE改性沥青具有良好的高低温性能,可以减少噪音,及时修复一般性破损,提高车辆行驶的舒适性,具有防水抗滑、改善路容和增强耐磨性等优势。
In this paper,a high-viscosity and high-elasticity TPE thin-layer modified asphalt is developed for the diseases that often occur in preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement.Waste rubber powder,waste thermoplastics and other materials are used as modifiers for high-viscosity and high-elasticity TPE thin-layer modified asphalt,which improves the recycling value of waste rubber and plastic products.The preparation process is simple and easy to operate.The basic properties of high-viscosity and high-elasticity TPE thin-layer modified asphalt were studied by conventional asphalt basic experiments and rheological experiment.Studies have shown that high-viscosity and high-elasticity TPE modified asphalt has good high and low temperature performance,can reduce noise,repair general damage in time,and improve vehicle driving comfort.
