摘要
飞灰含碳量的测量对于电厂锅炉的燃烧情况监测具有重要意义。针对目前飞灰取样装置取灰速度慢、测量时效性差、管道结露、灰回路内壁挂灰结块等问题,设计了一套利用微波法在线测量飞灰含碳量的装置,在解决上述问题的基础上,能以较小的迟延反映出飞灰含碳情况。装置整套工作流程约耗时约7~9 min,测量误差可以保证在±0.35%以内。
The measurement of carbon content in fly ash is of great significance to the combustion monitoring of power plant boilers. In view of the present sampling device which speed of sampling fly ash is slow, poor measurement timeliness, condensation pipe and serious agglomeration in the ash circuit, we designed a set of the online measurement of fly ash carbon content by using the microwave devices, on the basis of solving the above problems, the carbon content of fly ash can be reflected with a small delay. The entire working process of the device takes about 7-9 minutes, the measurement error can be guaranteed within ±0.35%.
