摘要
目的探讨定能分级、绩效考核量化管理在消化内科优质护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月安陆市普爱医院消化内科的13名消化内科护士为研究对象,2020年1—12月(实施前)采用常规管理模式,2021年1—12月(实施后)实施定能分级、绩效考核量化管理模式,对比实施前后的护理质量及患者护理满意度情况。结果实施后护理质量评分显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后护理满意度显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论定能分级、绩效考核量化管理用于消化内科优质护理中能够显著提高护理质量,提升临床护理满意度,值得推广与应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of fixed energy grading and quantitative management of performance assessment in high-quality nursing in the department of gastroenterology.Methods 13 nurses in the Department of Gastroenterology in the Anlu Puai Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.From January to December 2020(before implementation),the routine management mode was adopted,and from January to December 2021(after implementation),the energy classification and performance evaluation quantitative management mode was implemented.The nursing quality and patient nursing satisfaction of 13 nurses in the Department of Gastroenterology before and after implementation were compared.Results The nursing quality score after implementation was significantly higher than that before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction after the implementation was significantly higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of fixed energy grading and quantitative management of performance assessment in the high-quality nursing of gastroenterology can significantly improve the quality of nursing and improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing,which is worthy of promotion and application.
