摘要
目的探讨大脑中动脉M1段的显微解剖与血管造影对照观测及临床意义。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月本院收集的23具头部标本作为大脑中动脉M1段的显微解剖观测对象,作为解剖组;另外选取大脑中动脉无病变者23例作为对照组,采用血管造影观测方法。对比两种观测效果。结果解剖组的管径为(3.02±0.03)mm、长度为(12.52±0.43)mm,与对照组的(2.14±0.06)mm、(9.98±0.12)mm比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组中男性大脑中动脉M1段的测量管径为(2.08±0.01)mm、长度为(10.02±0.06)mm,与对照组中女性的大脑中动脉M1段的测量管径(2.13±0.04)mm、长度(9.79±0.07)mm比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大脑中动脉M1段的显微解剖与血管造影对照观测,可以为脑血管疾病的临床介入治疗提供解剖学测量参考数据,进一步促进临床该类疾病治疗效果提升。
Objective To compare the microanatomy andangiography of M1 segment of middle cerebral artery and explore its clinical significance.Methods Twenty three head specimens those were collected from our hospital during January 2019 and January 2020 were selected as the microanatomical observation objects of M1 segment of middle cerebral artery,as the anatomic group.Twenty three patients with no middle cerebral artery disease were selected as the control group,and angiography was adopted for observation.The observation efficacy of the two methods were compared.Results The diameter of M1 segment of middle cerebral artery in the microanatomic observation group was(3.02±0.03)mm,and length was(12.52±0.43)mm and the diameter of M1 segment of middle cerebral artery in the angiography group was(2.14±0.06)mm,and the length was(9.98±0.12)mm.The differences between the two groups werestatistically significant(P<0.05).The diameter and lengthof M1 segment of middle cerebral artery of the male in the angiographic observation group were(2.08±0.01)mm and(10.02±0.06)mm,and those of the females were(2.13±0.04)mm and(9.79±0.07)mm,respectively,there were no significant difference between the male and the female(P>0.05).Conclusions The comparative observation of microanatomy and angiography of M1 segment of middle cerebral artery could provide anatomical measurement reference data for clinical interventional treatment of cerebrovascular diseases,and further promote the clinical treatment effect of this kind of diseases.
