摘要
档案专业人才的培养是我国档案事业高质量发展的关键和基础。《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》不仅对档案人才培养提出新的要求,也指明新的发展方向,开展档案管理专业学位研究生教育是未来档案专业人才培养的关键环节。目前,开展档案管理专业学位研究生教育的条件已基本成熟。通过梳理、总结、借鉴图书情报专业硕士学位十余年的办学经验,未来的档案管理专业硕士学位应科学区分人才培养的学术性与专业性,力求实现协同发展;在校外导师的聘用中,明确其职责、建立激励机制并加强交流沟通;在实践基地和兼职导师的选择中要注意专业和技能对口,确保学生有高质量的实习机会;在培养形式上,扩大非全日制教育规模,提升在职档案工作者职业素养;在教学模式上,充分利用线上教育,灵活授课方式。
The cultivation of archives professionals is the key and foundation for the high-quality development of my country's archives enterprise.The"14th Five-Year"National Archives Development Plan not only puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of archives talents,but also points out a new development direction.The development of postgraduate education in archives management is a key link in the training of archives professionals in the future.At present,the conditions for carrying out postgraduate education in archives management are basically mature.By sorting out,summarizing and learning from on the experience of developing a master's degree in library and information for more than ten years,the master's degree in archives management should scientifically distinguish the academic and professional aspects of talent training,and strive to achieve coordinated development;in the employment of tutors outside the school,it is necessary to clarify responsibilities,establish incentive mechanism,and strengthen communication;in the selection of practice bases and part-time tutors,attention should be paid to professional and skill counterparts to ensure that students have high-quality internship opportunities;in terms of training forms,it is important to expand the scale of part-time education and improve onthe-job training Professional quality of archivists;in terms of teaching mode,It is beneficial to make full use of online education and flexible teaching methods.
