摘要
化工行业因其危险性高、事故后果严重、影响范围大等原因,成为双重预防机制推行的重点行业。鉴于此,文章研究分析化工企业的双重预防管理安全体系的创新模式,以及如何将双重预防机制融入到化工企业现有的安全管理体系中,构建新型的创新型安全管理模式来更好地促进化工企业安全健康发展,最大限度减少或者避免安全事故发生。
The chemical industry because of its high risk,accident consequences,influence,become the double prevention mechanism,in view of this,in order to analyze the innovation mode of chemical enterprise prevention management safety system,and how to integrate double prevention mechanism into the existing safety management system of chemical enterprises,build a new innovative safety management mode to better promote the safety and healthy development of chemical enterprises,minimize or avoid safety accidents.
