摘要
南海西部某陆岸终端生产过程中出现脱丁烷塔重沸器灌输淤堵现象。分析发现淤堵的主要原因是受海上平台作业返排液以及老化油循环处理影响,上岸原油脱水效果差,原油稳定塔容易发生液泛,沥青质等重组分随轻烃以雾沫夹带形式蒸出,最后进入脱丁烷塔重沸器不断沉积。为了解决淤堵,通过采取定期对装置进行清洗、合理控制工艺参数减少原油稳定塔液泛频次、改造增加原油稳定塔回流泵出口至三相分离器循环处理流程等措施,保障了精馏装置长周期稳定高效运行,节能环保。
During the production process of an onshore oil terminal in the west of the South China Sea,the phenomenon of clogging in the debutanizer column reboiler appeared.The analysis showed that the main reason for the blockage of the reboiler tube bundles was that the dehydration effect of the onshore crude oil was poor and the crude oil stabilizer was prone to flooding due to the influence of the flowback liquid from the offshore platform operation and the aged oil cycling treatment.When the crude oil stabilizer flood,the asphaltenes and other heavy recombinants were vaporized with the light hydrocarbons in the form of entrainment,and finally deposited in the debutanizer column reboiler.In order to solve the problem of clogging,it was recommended to clean the device periodically,reduce the flooding frequency of the crude oil stabilizer by controlling the process parameters reasonably,and increase the cycling treatment process from the outlet of crude oil stabilizer reflux pump to the threephase separator.Through the above measures,the long-term stable and efficient operation of the distillation unit was guaranteed,energy conservation,environmental protection.
