摘要
目的了解广州市番禺区石楼镇食品及公共场所从业人员健康体检情况,分析从业人员疾病检查结果并提出合理的建议。方法收集2021年1月-6月期间广州市番禺区第七人民医院(原石楼人民医院,现番禺中心医院东院区)在职食品及公共场所从业人员1000名职工的体检数据,分析不同性别、工作性质、疾病人员健康体检异常情况。结果2021年1月-6月该区域的食品及公共场所从业人员的健康体检结果合格率为95.80%,其中公共场所从业人员的健康体检合格率高于食品行业从业人员健康合格率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在1000名健康体检从业人员中共检出传染病2人,检出率0.2%。结论2021年1月-6月的广州市番禺区石楼镇食品及公共场所从业人员健康体检的不合格率较低,但相关卫生管理部门需严格执行上岗前健康体检制度,仍需加强卫生宣传和教育,做好传染病的防治工作,保障公众健康。
Objective Understand the health checkups of food and public places employees in Panyu Seventh People’s Hospital in Guangzhou,analyze the results of the disease checkups,and put forward reasonable suggestions.Method The physical examination data of 1000 employees working in food and public places in Panyu Seventh People’s Hospital in Guangzhou from January to June in 2021 were collected to analyze the abnormal health examination conditions of different genders,job nature and diseases.Results From January to June in 2021,the qualification rate of health examination results for employees in food and public places in the region is 95.80%.Among them,the qualification rate of health examination for employees in public places is higher than that of employees in the food industry,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).A total of 2 infectious diseases were detected among 1,000 health examination practitioners,with a detection rate of 0.2%.Conclusions From January to June 2021,the unqualified rate of health examinations for employees in food and public places in Panyu Seventh People’s Hospital in Guangzhou was relatively low,but the relevant health management departments need to strictly implement the prejob health examination system,and it is still necessary to strengthen health publicity and education,do a good job in the prevention and control of infectious diseases,and ensure public health.
