系统护理联合改良鼻腔冲洗流程和时机在呼吸道感染中的应用 被引量:3

Application of Systematic Nursing Combined with Modified Nasal Irrigation Procedures and Timing in the Treatment of Respiratory Tract Infection

摘要 目的:探讨系统护理联合改良鼻腔冲洗流程和冲洗时机在呼吸道感染中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月1日-12月31日河源市妇幼保健院儿科收治的150例呼吸道感染患儿,按照随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组(系统护理联合改良鼻腔冲洗流程)与对照组(系统护理联合常规鼻腔冲洗),再将观察组以冲洗时机的不同分为观察1组(系统护理联合改良鼻腔冲洗流程和早期冲洗)与观察2组(系统护理联合改良鼻腔冲洗流程和晚期冲洗),各50例。比较三组疗效、呼吸道症状评分、治疗依从性、家属满意度、护理纠纷发生率、护理投诉发生率。结果:观察1组患儿总有效率高于观察2组和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察1组咳嗽、咳痰、痰液黏稠度、憋喘评分均低于观察2组和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察1组总满意度及依从率均高于观察2组与对照组,护理纠纷发生率及护理投诉发生率均低于观察2组与对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统护理联合改良鼻腔冲洗流程和早期冲洗可明显缓解呼吸道感染患儿的临床症状,提高患儿治疗依从性,进而显著提高治疗效果,改善患儿预后,具有一定推广价值。 Objective:To study the applied value of systematic nursing,modified nasal irrigation procedures and atomization irrigation timing in the treatment of respiratory tract infection.Method:A total of 150 children with respiratory tract infection admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Heyuan Women&Children’s Hospital and Health Institute from January 1,2021 to December 31,2021 were selected,they were divided into observation group(systematic nursing combined with modified nasal irrigation procedures and atomization irrigation timing)and control group(systematic nursing combined with conventional nasal irrigation)according to the random number table method,then the observation group was divided into observation group 1(systematic nursing combined with modified nasal irrigation procedures and atomization irrigation timing and early irrigation)and observation group 2(systematic nursing combined with modified nasal irrigation procedures and atomization irrigation timing and late irrigation)according to the timing of irrigation,with 50 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect,respiratory symptom scores,treatment compliance,family satisfaction,incidence of nursing disputes and nursing complaints were compared among the three groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group 1 was higher than that of the observation group 2 and control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of cough,expectoration,sputum viscosity and wheeze-holding of the observation group 1 were lower than those of the observation group 2 and control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction and compliance rate of the observation group 1 were higher than those of the observation group 2 and control group,and the incidence of nursing dispute and nursing complaint rate of the observation group 1 were lower than those of the observation group 2 and control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The systematic nursing,modified nasal irrigation procedures and early irrigation can reduce the clinical symptoms,and improve the treatment compliance,effects and prognosis.It is worthy of promotion.
