摘要
煤矿产业在工业行业领域中是十分重要的组成部分,煤矿生产过程中容易产生一定的安全隐患,严重威胁作业人员的生命财产安全。煤矿带式输送机在煤矿生产链中是不可或缺的作业设备,也是保证煤矿生产稳定运行的基础设施保障。在带式输送机中,控制系统是“大脑”,起到操控带式输送机的作用,其操控技术水平的高低会直接影响带式输送机的运行工作效率,因此,煤矿企业管理人员应当加强控制技术研发、应用的重视程度。现阶段部分煤矿企业依然采用恒转速控制技术,但在实际的运行过程中会出现运输机转速与煤量运输不相匹配的险情,并且在运转的过程中会出现抖动,严重降低了带式输送机的工作效率。而PLC技术具有体积小、速度快、可靠性强的特点,应用效果显著。本文将深度探讨PLC技术在煤矿带式输送机中的具体应用,为提高煤矿生产的安全性提供一定参考。
The coal mining industry is a very important part in the industrial field.During the production process of coal mines,certain hidden dangers are likely to occur,which seriously threatens the safety of life and property of operators.Coal mine belt conveyor is an indispensable opera-tion equipment in the coal mine production chain,and it is also an infrastructure guarantee to ensure the stable operation of coal mine production.In the belt conveyor,the control system is the“brain”,which plays the role of controlling the belt conveyor.The level of its control technology will directly affect the operation efficiency of the belt conveyor.Therefore,coal mining enterprise managers should strengthen the importance of control technology development and application.However,some coal mining enterprises still use the constant speed control technology at this stage,but in the actual op-eration process,there will be a danger that the speed of the conveyor does not match the amount of coal transported,and there will be jitter during the operation,which seriously reduces the belt conveyor.work efficiency.The PLC technology has the characteristics of small size,high speed and strong reliability,and the application effect is remarkable.This paper will deeply discuss the specific application of PLC technology in coal mine belt convey-or,and provide some reference for improving the safety of coal mine production.
