摘要
综合考虑建造场地、车间条件以及大型运输吊装设备情况,对一型圆筒形FPSO生活楼的建造进行技术方案设计,分析圆筒形FPSO生活楼的结构形式、分段划片方法、整体建造流程、精度控制技术、安装和称重运输,该方案的实施解决了圆弧形外墙预制精度差和安装困难的问题,合理安排各专业施工顺序,减少了总装焊接量和油漆修补量,提高了施工效率。
The basic construction technology for living quarters of cylindrical FPSO is introduced.Considering the construction site,workshop conditions and large-scale transportation and lifting equipment,the technical scheme design of the construction of a cylindrical FPSO living quarters was carried out.The structural characteristics of living quarters,panels dividing method,overall construction process,precision control technology,weighing,transportation and installation technology etc.were analyzed.The implementation of the scheme solved the problems raised due to the difficulty for the dimension control and installation of the cylindrical bulwark,and the construction sequence of all disciplines involved has been applied reasonably,which reduced the welding and painting repair work during the erection phase,improved the construction efficiency.
