摘要
学前儿童数字阅读移动应用的用户在线评论是家长、幼师等用户群体对学前儿童数字阅读的重要意见反馈。收集7万余条用户在线评论,通过主题挖掘和情感分析探究用户对学前儿童数字阅读的关注程度、关注热点和情感表现的演变过程,研究发现用户对学前儿童数字阅读的关注历经极少关注阶段、低关注阶段和关注提升阶段,关注主题为儿童偏好、收费更新、内容形式、语言启蒙和睡前故事,情感表现在历经稳定至波动、再至稳定的过程中逐渐转好。基于此明确了学前儿童数字阅读在用户视角的核心价值和应用定位,为学前儿童数字阅读发展提供了建议与参考。
Online comments of preschool children’s digital reading mobile apps are important feedback of parents,preschool teachers and other users’on preschool children’s digital reading.70,000 online comments are collected to explore the evolution process of users’attention,focus and emotional expression of preschool children’s digital reading through topic model and sentiment analysis.Users’focus process development is discussed,and the study shows that the topics focus on children’s interests,fee and update,content and format,language,as well as bedtime stories.And the sentiment improves gradually in the process of stabilization,fuctuation and stabilization again.This paper fgures out the core value and main position of preschool children’s digital reading in users’perspective,and it puts forward suggestions and reference on improving the development of preschool children’s digital reading.
