摘要
建立了热脱附-气相色谱法测定环境空气中6种恶臭硫化物的方法,包括二硫化碳、甲硫醇、乙硫醇、甲硫醚、二甲基二硫醚、乙硫醚。采用苏玛罐采集环境空气,经热脱附的浓缩脱附后,用火焰光度检测器的气相色谱测定。结果表明:当取样体积为400 mL时,6种恶臭硫化物的检出限为0.011~0.046 nmol/mol,在0.125~25.0 nmol/mol有较好的拟合关系,且相关系数均大于0.999 0,平均加标回收率为95.5%~107.7%,相对标准偏差为0.2%~4.8%,试样的保存期为10 d。该方法可实现一次采样多次分析,具有试样保存期长,操作简单快捷,检出限低,精密度好,准确度高的优点,适用于环境空气中恶臭硫化物含量的测定。
A thermal desorption-gas chromatography method is established for the determination of six kinds of malodorous sulfides in ambient air,including carbon disulfide,methyl mercaptan,ethyl mercaptan,dimethyl sulfide,dimethyl disulfide and diethyl sulfide.The ambient air is collected by Suma canister.After the concentration and desorption by thermal desorption,it is determined by gas chromatography with flame photometric detector.The results show that when the sampling volume is 400 mL,the detection limits of the six kinds of malodorous sulfides are 0.011-0.046 nmol/mol,there is a good fitting relationship between 0.125-25.0 nmol/mol,and the correlation coefficients are all greater than 0.9990.The average recovery is 95.5%-107.7%,the relative standard deviation is 0.2%-4.8%,and the storage time of the samples is 10 days.This method can realize multiple analysis by one sampling.It has the advantages of long sample storage time,simple and fast operation,low detection limit,good precision and high accuracy,which is suitable for the determination of malodorous sulfides content in ambient air.
