摘要
为了探究不同燕麦(Avena sativa L.)品种镉富集转运特性及耐镉性生理差异,以‘坝莜1号’、‘燕科2号’、‘白燕2号’为供试品种,于播种前对土壤进行不同镉浓度(0,20,40,60,100 mg·kg^(-1))处理,测定燕麦生长、光合特性指标及各部位镉含量,计算富集转运系数。结果表明:燕麦株高、叶面积及产量在20 mg·kg^(-1)镉浓度达到最大,‘坝莜1号’表现最优,其次为‘燕科2号’;各品种在20 mg·kg^(-1)镉浓度下光合指标较对照均有所升高,随着镉浓度的增加,光合参数均呈下降趋势,但‘坝莜1号’较‘燕科2号’、‘白燕2号’降幅较小;在不同镉浓度胁迫下,‘坝莜1号’各部位对镉的吸收能力最弱,‘白燕2号’最强。综上,不同品种对镉的耐性不同,耐镉性表现为‘坝莜1号’>‘燕科2号’>‘白燕2号’,且耐性强的品种具有更强的光合能力并减少植株对镉的吸收,降低籽粒镉含量。
In order to reveal the physiological differences of cadmium enrichment and transfer characteristics and cadmium(Cd)tolerance of oat varieties,Using‘Bayou 1’、‘Yanke 2’and‘Baiyan 2’as experimental materials,The soil was treated with different cadmium concentrations(0,20,40,60,100 mg·kg^(-1))before sowing.The growth,photosynthetic characteristics and cadmium content in different parts of oat were measured.Enrichment and transport coefficients were calculated.The results showed that the plant height,leaf area and yield of oats showed the best at 20 mg·kg^(-1) Cd concentration,among them,‘Bayou 1’has the best performance,the second is‘Yanke 2’.At 20 mg·kg^(-1) Cd concentration,the photosynthetic index of three varieties was higher than those of 0 mg·kg^(-1) Cd concentration.As the increase of Cd concentration,the gas exchange parameters showed as a downward trend.However,compared with‘Yanke 2’and‘Baiyan 2’,‘Bayou 1’had a smaller decrease.Under the stress of different cadmium concentrations,the cadmium absorption capacity of various parts of‘Bayou 1’was the weakest,while that of‘Baiyan 2’was the strongest.In conclusion,different varieties have different tolerance to Cd.The tolerance rank to cadmium is‘Bayou 1’>‘Yanke 2’>‘Baiyan 2’.The varieties with strong tolerance have stronger photosynthetic capacity,which could reduce the absorption of Cd by plants and the content of Cd in grains.
