摘要
优质河砂资源已经基本枯竭,机制砂完全取代河砂已是大势所趋。机制砂混凝土的流变性能和河砂混凝土有很大区别,现用单一变量的试验方法,以胶体和界面化学为基础,研究减水剂掺量和水泥浆体含量对机制砂混凝土的流动性能的影响机理。结果表明:随着减水剂掺量从1.0%增加到1.5%,混凝土的坍落度增加,屈服应力减小,黏度先基本不变后剧烈增加;随着水泥浆体含量增加,混凝土的流动性变好且没有明显的离析和泌水现象,且当胶凝材料使用量超过525 kg/m^(3)时,混凝土的坍落度增长缓慢,黏稠程度没有明显变化。
Good river sand resources have been basically exhausted,and it is the general trend that machine-made sand will completely replace river sand.The rheological properties of manufactured sand concrete are quite different from river sand concrete.Based on colloid and interfacial chemistry,the influence mechanism of water reducing agent content and cement paste content on the flow performance of manufactured sand concrete is studied by single variable test method.The results show that:with the content of water reducing agent increasing from 1.0%to 1.5%,the slump of concrete increases,the yield stress decreases,and the viscosity remains unchanged and then increases sharply.With the increase of cement paste content,the fluidity of concrete becomes better,and there is no obvious segregation and bleeding phenomenon,and when the amount of cementitious material used exceeds 525 kg/m^(3).At the same time,the slump of concrete increases slowly and the viscosity has unconspicuous change.
