摘要
将再生聚苯乙烯(RPS)与再生聚乙烯(RPE)进行共混挤出获得RPS/RPE共混材料,随后采用挤出发泡工艺制备发泡框条,使用电子显微镜、万能试验机等仪器研究了RPS/RPE共混材料及发泡框条的微观结构、力学性能。结果表明:随着RPE的不断加入,共混材料的拉伸强度会逐渐降低,冲击强度则呈现先增大后减小的趋势,发泡框条握钉力强度逐渐降低,当RPE质量份数为20时,共混材料的冲击强度达到较佳水平;将改性苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(M-SBS)作为相容剂加入到共混材料中,随着M-SBS的不断加入,共混材料的拉伸强度先增大后降低,冲击强度则逐渐增大,发泡框条握钉力强度先增大后降低,泡孔直径不断降低。RPS/RPE共混材料与M-SBS的质量比为80∶20时,共混材料的性能最优。
Recycled polystyrene(RPS)and recycled polyethylene(RPE)were blended and extruded to obtain RPS/RPE blend material,and then the foam framing was prepared by extrusion foaming process.The microstructure and mechanical properties of RPS/RPE blend material and foam framing were studied by using electronic microscope,universal testing machine and other instruments.The results show that with the addition of RPE,the tensile strength of the blend will gradually decrease,while the impact strength will increase first and then decrease.The nail holding strength of the foam framing will gradually decrease.When the mass fraction of RPE is 20,the impact strength of the blend will reach a better level.The modified styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer(M-SBS)is added to the blend material as compatibilizer.With the addition of M-SBS,the tensile strength will increase first and then decrease,the impact strength will gradually increase,the nail holding strength of the foam framing will increase first and then decrease,and the diameter of the foam will decrease.When the mass ratio of RPS/RPE and M-SBS is 80∶20,the properties of the blend are the best.
