摘要
中老泰国际联运通道作为多边贸易的重要通道,承担了大量跨境货物的运输,对支撑“一带一路”倡议、建设中国-中南半岛经济走廊具有重要意义。中老铁路国际货运列车具有运量大、开行时间稳定、受环境影响较小等优势,相比全程公路运输,铁路全程运行时间和物流成本均显著降低。随着中老泰多边贸易的进一步增长,通道联运设施建设、通关便利程度、联运产品开行质量、物流信息化水平等方面存在的问题逐渐凸显,在分析上述问题的基础上,提出加强基础设施建设、优化口岸作业流程、创新国际联运模式、推进信息技术应用的发展建议,为促进中老泰国际联运通道建设提供借鉴。
China-Laos-Thailand international intermodal transport corridor, as an important corridor for multilateral trade, undertakes the transportation of a large number of cross-border goods. It is of great significance to support“Belt and Road Initiative”and build the economic corridor of the China-Indochina Peninsula. The international freight trains of the China-Laos Railway have the advantages of large traffic volume and stable operation time and are less affected by the environment. The operation time and logistics cost of trains are significantly reduced compared with those of the whole-process road transportation. Further growth of multilateral trade between China, Laos, and Thailand leads to gradually prominent problems in the construction of corridor intermodal transport facilities, customs clearance facilitation, operation quality of intermodal transport products, and logistics informatization. By the analysis of the above problems, this paper proposed development suggestions for strengthening infrastructure construction, optimizing port operation process, innovating international intermodal transport mode, and promoting the application of information technology. It provides a reference for promoting the construction of the China-Laos-Thailand international intermodal transport corridor.
