摘要
为了解环境责任与建筑企业绿色全要素生产率的关系,基于2020年福布斯全球上市公司2000强的大型建筑企业2009—2019年数据,采用基于SBM方向距离函数的GML指数方法测度了大型建筑企业绿色全要素生产率指数,并运用Tobit回归分析了环境责任对大型建筑企业绿色全要素生产率的影响。研究结果表明:①多数大型建筑企业绿色全要素生产率处于上升状态,且受技术进步与技术效率提升的双重驱动;②环境责任能够显著促进建筑企业绿色全要素生产率的提升;③独立董事比例、企业规模会抑制大型建筑企业绿色全要素生产率的增长,而经济运行的稳定性、营商环境及企业技术装备水平则能显著提高其绿色全要素生产率。这一研究为大型建筑企业加强环境责任建设,提高企业绿色全要素生产率提供了实践指导。
In order to understand the relationship between environmental responsibility and green total factor productivity of construction companies,based on the 2009-2019 data of large construction companies in the Forbes Global 2000 Listed Companies in 2020.The GML index method based on the SBM directional distance function is used to measure the green total factor productivity index of large construction enterprises,and Tobit regression is used to analyze the impact of environmental responsibility on the green total factor productivity of large construction enterprises.The research results show that:(1)the green total factor productivity of most large construction enterprises is on the rise,and is driven by both technological progress and technological efficiency improvement;(2)Environmental responsibility can significantly promote the improvement of green total factor productivity of construction enterprises;(3)The proportion of independent directors and enterprise scale will inhibit the growth of green total factor productivity of large construction enterprises,while the stability of economic operation,business environment and the level of enterprise technology and equipment can significantly improve their green total factor productivity.This research provides practical guidance for large-scale construction enterprises to strengthen environmental responsibility construction and improve the green total factor productivity of enterprises.
