摘要
阐述基于物联网的电工电子加工监控系统设计,此系统是以环境数据和传感器测量设备作为基础,使用无线自组织网络技术,将数据信息传输到S3C2440控制中心,以SimpliciTI协议来实现网络通信,通过GSM模块完成远程数据控制。实验数据统计发现,系统能精准测量相关数据,及时发现电机内存在的问题,从而有效延长电机的使用寿命。
This paper describes the design of the monitoring system for electrical and electronic processing based on the Internet of things.The system is based on environmental data and sensor measurement equipment,uses wireless self-organizing network technology,transmits data information to S3C2440 control center,realizes network communication with simpliciti protocol,and completes remote data control through GSM module.According to the statistics of the experimental data,the system can accurately measure the relevant data and timely find the problems in the motor,so as to effectively extend the service life of the motor.
