水工混凝土强度检验监督评价方法应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 水工混凝土强度质量检验评定是水利工程质量监督的重要内容,规范提供的评定方法只能作为最终的质量评定结果,无法准确控制混凝土施工的动态过程,且统计费时、不够形象。通过工程实例数据分析,探索更加直观、方便的评价方法——直方图法和控制图法。直方图法能更加直观地反映出混凝土施工过程控制和综合管理水平,可以用于水工混凝土的质量分析评价。控制图法可形象地了解混凝土施工强度的动态变化情况,从实例分析成果看,运用直方图法、控制图法分析研究混凝土强度质量检验数据,其分析评价结果和传统数理统计分析结论一致,可作为日常监督评价方法。 The inspection and assessment of strength quality of hydraulic concrete is an important part of quality supervision of hydraulic engineering.The evaluation method provided by the code can only be used as the final quality evaluation result,which can not accurately control the dynamic process of concrete construction,and is time-consuming and not visual enough.Through the analysis of engineering case data,this paper explores a more intuitive and convenient evaluation method-histogram method and control chart method.Histogram method can more intuitively reflect the control and comprehensive management level of concrete construction process and can be used for quality analysis and evaluation of hydraulic concrete.Control chart method can visually understand the dynamic change of concrete construction intensity.From the results of case study,the quality inspection data of concrete strength are analyzed and studied by histogram method and control chart method.The analysis and evaluation results are consistent with the results of traditional mathematical and statistical analysis and can be used as the evaluation method of daily supervision.
