基于摆锤冲击试验的轮辋CAE分析与优化设计

摘要 摆锤冲击方法由高度差势能转化成摆锤动能,比较容易实现目标速度,而且重复性好。本文基于摆锤冲击试验研究轮辋的耐撞击性能,同时利用CAE分析对轮辋的结构进行优化设计、提高轮辋的耐撞击性能。 The pendulum impact method transforms the height difference potential energy into the pendulum kinetic energy,which is easier to achieve the target speed and has good repeatability.In this paper,the impact resistance of wheel rim is studied based on the pendulum impact test,and the structure of wheel rim is optimized by CAE analysis to improve the impact resistance of wheel rim.
