摘要
针对某大型立式潜水混流泵的接触密封构建泵体与基础间的接触模型,采用有限元软件ANSYS通过反问题方法,计算分析水泵超弹性密封圈非线性力学传递机理及金属底座锥角、泵顶压杆力等对O型橡胶圈压缩率的影响。结果表明,存在一临界状态使压杆作用力由拉力转变为压力,此时的密封圈压缩率为17.6%;压杆作用力和基础锥角共同对O型橡胶圈压缩率的影响呈非线性特性。
Aiming at the O-ring contact seal of a large vertical submersible mixed-flow pump with conical base structure,the contact model between the pump body and the foundation was established.The nonlinear mechanical transmission mechanism of the super-elastic sealing ring of pump was calculated and analyzed by the inverse problem method using the finite element software ANSYS.The influence of the cone angle of metal base and the pressure of pump top on the compression ratio of O-type rubber ring was analyzed.The results show that there is a critical state that changes the pressure bar force from tension to pressure,and the compression ratio of the sealing ring is 17.6%.The influence of strut force and base cone angle on the compression ratio of O-ring is nonlinear.
